It is a goal to turn new customers into loyal clients who frequently come back for their waxing needs because of how smooth and quick, their wax is after each visit! CANCELLATION POLICY
Canceling within 24 hours of your appointment or a no-show will result in a cancellation/ no-show fee. The fee is 50% of the service booked to compensate for the money and time the technician loses. Habitual cancellations or no-shows will result in the client being banned from booking unless the servicing technician decides otherwise.
